This wound will require continued treatment until healed because there is a lot of movement in that area when wing flexes and extends. Picture attached. Continue wound care every 2-3 days. Examined the dorsal left humerus - there is a linear wound consistent with being caught in netting. It is scabbed and there is also a thick scab at the leading edge of the wing. Cleaned both, removed scabs to reveal shallow, mostly healed wound. No bony or tendon exposure, healing well. Left open and applied Silver Gel. Abrasion on left medial foot resolved down to 2 small scabs. Continue care every 3-4 days. Will recheck in 1 week. Dr Gardner
